What Wealthr Is
Wealthr is a personal finance tracking tool. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not a financial institution, bank, investment platform, or regulated financial service. We do not provide financial advice — Wealthr helps you track your own money, the decisions are yours.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Wealthr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable UK or international law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Use the app to commit fraud or misrepresent your financial position
- Distribute or resell the app without permission
No Warranty
Wealthr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will not be lost. Price data, calculations and projections may be inaccurate — always verify important figures with the original source.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or decisions made based on information shown. Wealthr is a tracking tool, not a fiduciary.
Pro Subscription
Wealthr Pro is billed monthly through Stripe at £2.99/month for GBP users (local currency equivalent for USD and EUR users — currently $3.99 and €3.49). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal link inside the app or at billing.stripe.com.
No refunds are given for partial billing periods. Your data is never deleted when Pro ends — you simply return to free-tier limits and everything you've already entered stays intact. We reserve the right to change the price of Pro with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified by email before any change takes effect.
Your Data
All your financial data is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not store your data on our servers. We cannot see, recover, or transfer your data — it lives only on your device. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the app, or switching devices will lose your data unless you have exported a backup. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and branding in Wealthr is owned by its developers. You may not reproduce or distribute it without express written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes (such as Pro pricing) will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
